Deborah has over 27 years of experience as a real estate agent in Texas and Oklahoma. She holds a real estate license in both states and is part of the realty team of Kristi Martin Realty in TX and Babcock Real Estate in Hugo Oklahoma.

Her journey in real estate began over 30 years ago when she and her husband, Richard, ventured into real estate investment. From funding properties to remodeling homes and even turning rural land into subdivisions, they explored every aspect of the real estate world.

But for Deborah, real estate isn’t just a profession. It’s a genuine passion. Since the ’90s, she and Richard have cherished cabins in Pushmataha County and made Southeastern Oklahoma a cherished second home for their family.
